Yes, I had a busy, eventful and exceedingly fun summer. Yes, it would take too much time to list here. The highlight was probably being dragged into a crowd of people I didn't know and told to dance. Which I did. And it was good.
Another bonus was picking up Cyteen by C. J. Cherryh for 10¢ at the Friends of the Library shelf. It is, for various reasons, one of my all time favorite books. Don't ask me why.
Work on my next story proceeds. It makes me happy. However, I've run into a few problems. While writing the first segment, I impulsively decided (around midnight a couple nights ago, naturally) that I wanted to have someone try and fail to assassinate the character I was writing about. Therefore, could anyone recommend some could books about professional modern day spies/assassins? I now feel that I owe my sniper, whose name is John (last name suggestions requested) a debt, so I want to write him at least half-way decently.
Also, my brother got his own DevArt account: ~1337chef

thanks for the watch

You're not in this alone
Let me break this awkward silence
Let me go on record
Be the first to say I'm sorry
Hear me out.
Advance warning: I'm very bad at leaving comments in a timely fashion, if at all.
